Three stages to improve the quality of data

Improving data quality requires a clear, step-by-step transformation process. Based on a medallion architecture, we organize data in a Data Lakehouse in three stages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. By leveraging automated data pipelines, we systematically enhance data reliability, eliminate inconsistencies, and optimize accessibility.

In these pipelines, raw data is gradually improved and refined into ‘Trusted data products”. The objective is to improve the quality and usability of the data as it flows from data producer to data consumer.

This architecture enables businesses to gradually implement a data-driven way of working, making high-quality data the foundation for BI, analytics, and (Gen)AI solutions.

Ensure trustworthiness with transparency

Trust in data depends on knowing where it comes from and how it has been processed. We apply data lineage to trace back the processing steps from source to consumer. This level of traceability is especially important for GenAI use cases where transparency is essential to understand and validate AI-driven decision making.
