Datacenter & Cloud
Whether your infrastructure is fully private, cloud native or hybrid, our Itility Cloud Control solution block is the standard to manage it as if it were one environment. Work processes, automation, an analytics engine and technology certified engineers can help you design and implement an ‘always-on’ infrastructure.
Our Cloud Spaces concept allows for a support model that fits any Cloud specific workload for different user communities: DevOps and traditional workloads can be separated to align with your preferred way(s) of working.
Our Data Foundation industrializes your data flow, supporting your teams to really work data driven. It comes with ingestion standards, run practices, security features, prefab data science models, a data governance standard, and a variety of software artifacts. The Data Foundation offers the data pipeline to apply, test, and retrain your data-processing models.
Proactive control is supported by our reporting module on cost- and security compliance. Whenever improvements are possible or deviations are found, a rules engine automatically triggers an alert to a key user for assessment and follow-up.
Network
Your network is the backbone of all your IT services. It should always be available, performing well and secure.

For every profile a different set of capabilities and rights can be configured, so that user self-service is enabled within the boundaries of your policies. A central management tool makes actual costs transparent, enabling you to charge workplace services internally on a pay-per-use basis.
We support your teams by offering work instructions and training where required. To make sure the workplace makes your people feel happy and supported, we offer “champion sessions” in which we train key users in your organization and gather feedback from them to identify potential improvements or additions to the service.
